Standard internal heat exchanger tanks - hot water supply tanks

If you decide that your storage tank should at the same time be able to produce domestic hot water as well, we suggest the so-called indirect heat exchanger tanks (equipped with an internal spiral). The perfect solution for utilising renewable energy sources, such as solar power, is the USW2 type tank with two internal heat exchanger spirals. This model allows you to connect two independent power sources to the tank. The solar panels can be connected in parallel with the gas boiler, thus making operation more effective and energy-efficient.

  • Material used: 1.4571 / 1.4404 grade, corrosion-resistant steel. They are very hygienic and durable because they are made of stainless steel.
  • The ends of the container are made by using a shallow arched bottom and foot ring welded welded on the bottom by means of tacking.
  • The 100 mm-thick VLIES insulation ensures economical operation by minimizing heat loss. (The insulation casing of the tanks can easily be unmounted and re-mounted. They are made with cleanable polystyrene cover, in silver color and specifically to fit the parameters of the tanks.)
  • The quality appearance and protection of our tanks are ensured by the acid surface treatment, in which the material forms its own protective layer, thus making the device durable.
