Standard buffer tanks

These containers, also known as boilers in everyday terms, are suitable for storing the produced hot water. They are installed in hot water systems using an external heat exchanger. Standard tanks with internal heat exchanger

If you decide that your storage tank should at the same time be able to produce domestic hot water as well, we suggest the so-called indirect heat exchanger tanks (equipped with an internal spiral). The perfect solution for utilising renewable energy sources, such as solar power, is the USW2 type tank with two internal heat exchanger spirals. This model lets you connect two independent power sources to the tank. The solar panels can be connected in parallel with the gas boiler, thus making operation more effective and energy-efficient. Buffer tanks

These tanks are suitable for storing the produced hot water or any other liquid, for which 1.4571 / 1.4404 grade materials are suitable. You can design the dimensions of the tank individually adjusted to your system (volume, diameter, total height, pipe end configuration, etc.), and we then produce it.

Tanks with internal heat exchanger

If you decide that your storage tank should at the same time be able to produce domestic hot water and hot water for heating as well, we suggest the so-called indirect heat exchanger tanks (equipped with an internal spiral). Tanks configured to your individual needs: you can design the dimensions of the tank (volume, diameter, total height, pipe end configuration, etc.) and of course the surface of the heat-transfer spiral. We can produce internal heat exchanger spirals from pipes of diameters from 16 mm to 42.4 mm in single, double or even triple finish. This gives the opportunity to design a tank equipped with an efficient heat exchanger for systems exploiting alternative energy sources such as solar panels and heat pumps with 200 litres or tens of thousands of litres of storage capacity.

With our production technology and the experience and expertise of our professional team, we have produced a variety of custom-made unique stainless steel products from 9 litres to 30,000 litres, up to 2400 mm in diameter, 7.5-8 meters in total height and with 1.5 mm to 10 mm material thickness. You can give us parameters individually adjusted to your system (volume, diameter, total height, pipe end configuration, etc.), and we will produce the tank based on your desired design.
