We are engaged in the production of steel tanks exclusively from corrosion-resistant materials. Our main profile is the production of tanks for the storage and supply of domestic hot water with or without internal heat exchanger. We also have experience with producing containers for many other purposes from 25 litres to 30,000 litres and up to 2400 mm in diameter.

In accordance with national and international requirements, we hold DIN EN ISO 3834-3 and AD-2000-Merkblatt HP 0 manufacturer certifications which also entitle us to produce pressure vessels as well. We use 1.4571 / 1.4404 grade material for 95% of our work but and we can also provide 1.4301 material quality if required.

The ends of the tanks are configured using a shallow arched bottom and, in general, foot ring welded on the bottom by means of tacking. However, various other foot and bottom structures are also frequent, both in vertical and horizontal designs. The tank produced thus receives an acid surface treatment which ensures the durability and quality appearance of the product through forming its own protective layer of the material.

Insulation: The insulation casing of the tanks is a 100 mm-thick VLIES insulation which can easily be unmounted and re-mounted. It is made with cleanable polystyrene cover, in silver color and specifically to fit the parameters of the tanks.
